Here at The Accounting Hub we help small to medium New Zealand businesses with their accounting. We work with a broad range of clients to manage their tax, compliance and end-of-year accounting. Together with business owners we keep the books in order, the business driving forward and Inland Revenue happy.
We ensure you comply with the tax rules and produce annual accounts to inform business strategy, or to supply information to your bank or other stakeholders. Our team are experts in the Kiwi tax environment. We handle all tax situations (GST, FBT, ACC, provisional tax, terminal tax) by setting you up correctly and managing changes and opportunities along the way.
We are Xero Gold partners. This means both our clients, and our team, have all the current business information at their fingertips. Good online systems like Xero provide accurate, real-time info to help you to make better management decisions. As well as using Xero, we also guide you in finding the right online tools for business success. Xero works seamlessly with work flow management tools, payroll systems, stock management and point of sale software.
Our clients are smart, tech savvy and driven. We love the dynamic business owners we work with; they are motivated and passionate about their trades whether it’s technology, childcare, creativity or design. We also work with many other professionals: lawyers, architects, medical and dental professionals and trades people. We are centrally located in Newton (Eden Terrace), and have clients all around Auckland and because we use cloud-based software we have clients all over New Zealand. For central North Island clients we have an office in Taupo.
Working within small to medium businesses on taxation and accounting compliance means we work hand-in-hand, day-in, day-out with amazing business owners. Other services that support this core work include business development services for strategic advice and bookkeeping services for day-to-day financial management (payroll, creditors, debtors and invoices).
