Body Corporates

We assist several body corporate clients who self manage their development to provide ongoing financial information using Xero. Our services include:

• Set up and training with a Xero, a great accounting system that provides excellent visibility to owners in Unit Title developments.

• Annual Accounts and Income Tax Returns

For those who are going through large remedial projects or who want specific work done to check on their accounts but who do not want to do a full audit, we can perform “agreed upon procedures” to check items in the accounts or financial systems that may be of concern to members.
