Get funding to grow your business

If you’re ready to start growing your small business – whether you’ve been operating for a while and you’re in need of a boost, or you’re just starting out – meeting with a business planning specialist is a great first step.

Unfortunately, all too common for businesses in this situation, is a lack of time and funds to make this happen. Not only is it hard to time time to step away from the day to day running of your business, the cost of getting professional business advice may be a barrier. That’s where the Regional Business Partner Network can assist.

What is the Regional Business Partner Network?

Regional Business Partners (RBP) was created by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise. It is a network of Growth Advisors who take a bird’s eye view of your business and help you connect with the right professionals (eg, Business Planning experts like us) and resources so you can build capability and grow.

Funding from the RBP Network

While any business can register with RBP Network and meet with a Growth Advisor, they may also be able to offer government funding to contribute toward the cost of this service. The Capability Voucher Funding helps business owners to access business training and coaching services, by providing up to a 50% subsidy towards the service cost.

The first step is to meet with one of the registered RBP Growth Advisors to discuss your business. Where there is a management capability need identified that could be addressed by undertaking training, the Growth Advisor may issue a Capability Voucher to the business.
