Karbon for Clients app
We have been using Karbon with our clients for more than a year to securely request information, share documents and keep work moving. What you may not know is that Karbon for Clients is also available as an app for your phone.
The app removes some of the small frustrations that can come with accessing Karbon through email. There are no expired or dead links to deal with and no need to search through your inbox to find the portal. Simply open the app and, with a few clicks, you can:
- See and complete outstanding requests
- Upload documents directly from your phone
- Add comments or ask us questions
- Review and approve documents
- Access all the documents we have shared with you
- See what has already been completed
It is particularly useful when you need to send us a document while away from your computer. You can take a photo or select a file on your phone and upload it straight away.

Karbon for Clients is available from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for “Karbon for Clients” (or find it here), download the app and follow the prompts to sign in.
It is a small change, but one that should make working with us much easier.
