Since graduating from the University of Auckland with a Commerce degree in Economics and Finance, and a Graduate Diploma of Commerce specialising in Accounting, Andrew reached Manager level at significant national accounting practices. He became a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and has worked overseas in Australia and London. He returned to Auckland in 2008 and gained further accounting experience as a manager in one of the large central city firms before starting The Accounting Hub in 2012.
Andrew is passionate about success in the SME market and is experienced in advising SME businesses as well as not for profits and charities.
As a Chartered Accountant with a public practicing certificate and Xero Advisor’s certification, Andrew is well qualified to answer your accounting, taxation and software queries. In addition to these core services, Andrew is providing a range of Business Development services to clients including helping with business planning, budgeting, providing quarterly coaching meetings and preparing due diligence assignments. Andrew has recently completed a Master of Taxation degree, graduating with Merit.
Andrew has two small children and is married to Charlotte who is a local GP.
