Follow these five simple steps to get set up with The Accounting Hub:
Contact us to book a meeting to discuss your needs. This meeting can be in person but increasingly clients tend to prefer an online meeting using a video chat. For an in-person meeting, we can meet at our office in Eden Terrace, Auckland or in Taupō for Central North Island clients. We do not charge for our first meeting.
We will recommend either a fixed fee accounting plan or a time-based charging model to cater to your specific needs (no cookie cutter solutions here!). If we believe that using the accounting software Xero will be helpful to you, we will recommend a version of this software to suit.
If you have an existing accountant, we can write to them to request that they transfer your records (no need for stress here – the Chartered Accountants Institute has a handover process that we all follow).
We team you up with an accountant to get you set up on Xero and to be your go-to person for day to day questions. At The Accounting Hub, we take a team approach, and you will hear from all of our small team at different times. If you need to, you will be able to talk to the owner of the business, Andrew.
