A secure client portal
Karbon includes a secure client portal where you can receive and upload documents – no more hunting through emails for that one missing attachment. Everything is in one place, easy to access and encrypted for your security.
“Client Requests” instead of emails
We’ll sometimes send you what are called Client Requests. These are checklists that come straight from our workflow – with clear instructions on what we need, and the ability to upload documents or reply directly in the portal.
Transparent timelines
You’ll be able to see what’s been requested, what’s been completed, and where things are at. No more guesswork.
Less email, more clarity
Client Requests reduce back-and-forth emails. If we need something from you, it’ll be clearly listed. And once it’s done – it’s done.
What you can expect
We’ll continue to communicate by email when it makes sense – but for secure document sharing and task tracking, we’ll encourage you to use the Karbon portal. Think of it as your personal dashboard for working with us.
