Many of our clients view document storage as a low priority job and rely on their email file or pieces of paper to store invoices associated with expenses that they are claiming. Although it’s tempting to work this way its actually really important that the documentation for every transaction is kept and also that the GST treatment for every transaction is looked at. From time to time we see costly errors being made with GST claims which would not have been made if best practice business systems were in place.

You might be aware that Xero has a new integration with Hubdoc and that this additional functionality is free for Xero’s business plans (not for cashbook users though).

If you are feeling unsure about where to start with this we can help. We have a Hubdoc integration service, this includes:

  • Reviewing your business and Xero file to gain a better understanding of the way that your business works from a document flow perspective
  • A one hour training session to show you what you need to know about using the software to its fullest (this can be done in-person at our office or else using video chat, our preference is in-person)
  • Three weeks later, reviewing your Xero file and providing a 15 minute video chat to ensure that all processes are being followed and that kinks are ironed out.

This service is available for $350 + GST. Please contact us for more information, or to book your Hubdoc integration.
